The Second EU-Russia Innovation Forum, 25.-26.5.2011, Lappeenranta, Finland

It is our pleasure to warmly welcome you to the 2nd EU-Russia Innovation Forum! There are over 500 registered participants and 120 companies at the Business Matchmaking Event at the Forum. We truly appreciate all our 70 partners for their keen interest and support! We look forward to you all joining us and taking the EU-Russia Innovation Collaboration into a reality for mutually beneficial projects for you all!  Further we hope that you will enjoy all the additional program highlights, from the Innovation Exhibition to the fabulous Evening Programs. Registration opens on Tuesday, May 24

The registration for the Forum opens at 11.00 on the Pre-Conference Day, Tuesday, May 24th at Lappeenranta City Hall and remains open until 20.00. The registration opens at 8:00 on Wednesday May 25th and remains open until 17.30. If you arrive on Thursday, May 26th, the registration will serve you 8:00-17:30 at the City Hall. Please ensure that you have paid your registration fee, and if you have just done it this week, please bring along your receipt. You can also pay by cash or credit card at the Registration Desk.

You will get your nfc technology-enabled batches and your Forum materials package at the Registration.

We also have a Tourist Information Desk close to the Registration Desk that can help you in any last-minute accommodation or other requirements as well as general Lappeenranta information.
 
Two-Day Business Matchmaking Event

There are over 120 companies registered for our Business Matchmaking Event, arranged jointly with EEN. The Business Matchmaking opens at 12:00 on Tuesday, May 24 and continues again on Wednesday at 9:00. Make most out of it and be there on both days.

Special Pre-Confence on Wednesday, May 25

Pre-Conference Program «EU-Russia regional cooperation programs as a basis of cooperation in the spheres of modernization and innovations. Focus on the Northwest Russia» will take place at 09:00-11:00 on the 1st Day of the Forum, Wednesday, 25.05.2011 at City Council Meeting Room at the Lappeenranta City Hall. There is still some room in this interesting conference held in Finnish & Russian with simultaneous interpretation. Please see the program attached. Join us there!

For the final program details, please visit the program at www.eurussiainnoforum.com. The Practical Guide to the Forum is attached and will be available at the Forum website. Please download a copy for yourself. You will also receive a copy in your Forum package.

You can tell your colleagues you are leaving behind that the Forum will be again broadcasted live on our website where sessions will broadcast according to the Forum program.
